Nicole isn't your typical real estate agent; she's your neighbour, your confidante—the familiar face you bump into at the grocery store or catch up with at the local coffee shop. Raised in the vibrant community of West Vancouver, Nicole's upbringing was steeped in real estate; her mom being a realtor, instilled in her a keen understanding of investing from a young age. Having lived across various neighbourhoods in Vancouver, she knows the hot neighbourhoods, and quant family-focused communities – which makes her an invaluable resource for her clients.
Currently residing in Port Moody with her two boys, aged 9 and 12, Nicole's life is a balancing act between nurturing her family and navigating the intricacies of real estate. When she's not immersed in property transactions, she's enjoying quality time with her boys and their beloved dog, Louie.
Background
After completing her Bachelor of Commerce degree with a Major in Marketing, Nicole embarked on an adventure, jetting off to London, England. There, she immersed herself in the fast-paced realm of advertising for several years, gaining invaluable insights and honing her skills in project management, negotiating pricing and pitching campaigns. In 2010, she returned to her roots in Vancouver, reigniting her passion for real estate.
